Why I’m Obsessed with the Classic White Tee (And Finally Get the Hype)

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always found something effortlessly cool about people wearing plain white T-shirts. Maybe it’s because I didn’t see it often (well maybe just in Indonesia) —it felt rare, clean, and subtly stylish. Especially when paired with jeans, the look just screamed   cool   in a way that felt natural. As I got older, even up until a few years ago, I noticed that not many people wore a simple white T-shirt on its own. Most would add layers—a cardigan, a kimono, or an oversized shirt.
